All customers: READ BEFORE ORDERING

Due to how all your systems are connected to the screen it is very common for customers to misdiagnose their issue, thinking a bad screen can causes all issues with their boat.

This is not true. As the boat owner, you are responsible to properly diagnose your boat before ordering.

We are seeing many customers that order a new screen thinking it will fix their bad Lenco acutators on their surf gate to not activate, or their bad starter motor, or fix their engine oil leak.

This is not the case! We are not set up to process orders and returns for customers who do not properly diagnose their boat. There will be a 20% restocking fee for any return due to CUSTOMER MISDIAGNOSIS. Take the time to research your issue and make 100% sure the screen is the problem BEFORE ordering, not after.

  • Mail-In Service Customers

    For USA based customers, we will provide you with a UPS mailing label that MUST be used to send your unit in.
    All orders are linked with the label.
    International customers are responsible to mail the unit in to our USA facility, address will be provided to your email.
    You can drop the package off at any UPS location. Please package it well to prevent damage. We are not responsible for any carrier damage or lost items.
    Some display units (3% of all orders) are considered BRICKED, or not repairable upon arrival. Signs your unit is bricked are boot looping (constantly restarting), full white screen, totally dead with no power up, etc.
    We test each unit before starting the repair to ensure it will be fixed properly.
    If your unit is bricked, your order will be cancelled and returned with a "non repairable" sticker.
  • DIY Customers

    By undertaking this job, you are responsible for installing it properly. DO NOT RUSH. We have had many customers unfortunately damage their unit because they are in a rush to finish the job, and it ends up costing much more.
    We recommend carefully and slowly watching the install video many times to increase the chances of success.
    If your unit is bricked or not repairable, replacing the screen will not fix it and your order will be cancelled.
    mtc screens llc is not responsible for any personal injury, harm, damage to your boat or display unit that may arise from your installation.
  • Refurbished Unit Customers

    We will send a refurbished unit to the address you provide at checkout.
    In the package, there will be a UPS core exchange label to return your core unit to us for USA customers.
    International customers must send the core unit back to us using the carrier of their choice.
    You MUST return the core unit back within 14 business days , or you agree to charge your payment method $1,000 USD
