I finally got my screen installed and it is BEAUTIFUL! It works as advertised and is better than when I bought the boat in 2018. The boat is a 2012 Mastercraft with the Medallion 6B screen. When I bought the boat in 2018 it had already had two factory screens fail and was on its third when we brought it home. That screen failed within two weeks of us buying the boat. With replacement cost at that time of over $6000.00 to replace it, I decided to just use the backup toggle switches. That is until I found MTC Screens. You and your team repaired/replaced my screen with better than new. I just checked MCPartsdepot.com and a new Medallion 6B screen is almost $17,000.00 from Mastercraft! Unbelievable!
Thank you to you and your team for the outstanding work you do to correct the mistakes with the junky factory touchscreens. I am guessing that you will have an endless supply of people like me, with older Medallion screens that have failed, looking for a better than “factory“ option to repair or replace. I will certainly be sending anyone with this problem to you whenever I can.
Turnaround was super quick- 8 business days from sending to receiving the rebuilt unit. I think the rebuilt unit works better than the oem unit ever did. I will say that the screen has a more blueish hue in sunlight but not a complaint.
